It is no secret just how expensive it is to live on Guam and/or Saipan. The cost of living adjustments (COLA) is simply unreasonable. Although, the increase is not much, any help is a blessing for the recipient and their family.

We are happy to share this announcement and thank the USDA for their consideration of the challenges faced in communities such as ours and in the CNMI when it comes to logistics impacting the cost of goods.
